Tonya Read is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with 29 years of experience in the environment, health, and safety (EHS) field. Her expertise includes guiding my direct employers and clients on regulatory compliance (EPA, OSHA, and DOT) and the use of guidelines when required (NIOSH, ANSI, and NFPA). Her experience covers several industries, including aerospace, construction, electric generation and distribution, high technology and innovation, laboratory research and development, light and heavy manufacturing, natural gas distribution, petrochemical and inorganic chemical manufacturing, retail and distribution, and semiconductor development/manufacturing. These industries were located throughout the United States and internationally in Canada and Mexico.  

Ms. Read has a Bachelor of Science in Safety Science (Minor, Chemistry) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University.

Ms. Read moved to Poudre Park in August of 2023 with her husband, Greg Harding.  They both enjoy the quiet neighborhood and breathtaking scenery.  Rafting, hiking, skiing, spending time with friends, and caring for their grandson are their frequent pastimes.  Tonya also enjoys painting, quilting, sewing, and other craft hobbies.  Both are eager to participate in the community as Greg has also joined the Poudre Canyon Volunteer Fire Department.
